Launched Exam Process module with Aquinas College of Higher Education - English Department
As per to another requirement of the college, AMS developed and implemented Exam Process module for Aquinas College of Higher Studies. This module was developed to replace their manual process of producing exam admissions. Since implementation, college was able to allocate students to the exams, issue admission slips, produce summary sheets, etc through the computerised system. This helped the college to minimize the barriers of the early manual system.
Student Management System launched at Ave Maria Convent - Negombo
The Principal, Rev. Sr. Shirani Algama, who was very keen in developing the school made the decision to maximize the use of Student Finance system. Hence reverend sister requested and acquired Student Management System in order to enhance the student internal information and accelerate office activities.
Student Management System launched at De Mazenod College - Kandana
De Mazenod College Principal, Rev. Bro. Bertram Perera, who was too desired to make the maximum use of the system, acquired Student Management System to the school. The new implementation enhanced the student internal information and accelerated office activities.
AMS trip to Ella Wallawaya, Katharagama, Thissamaharamaya and Sithulpawwa
Staff of Academic Management Systems (Pvt) Ltd went on their annual trip to the places of Ella Wallawaya, Katharagama, Thissamaharamaya and Sithulpawwa.

Launched web based Student exam marks publishing page with Aquinas College of Higher Education - English Department
Aquinas College of Higher Studies is an institute which serves education to a large amount of people in and around Colombo. By time college exhibits exam results in their notice board. Handling exam results of such amount of students through manual system was not an easy task. Thus as per to the request of the Rector, Very Rev. Fr. Susith Silva, Web based Student exam marks publishing page was launched at Aquinas College of Higher Studies. This reduced the traffic and inconvenience caused in the college during results publishing.
