CELCAT Timetabler System, Relief Teacher Module, Timetable Reporting Module and Staff Management System Presentation at Archdiocese of Colombo, Archbishop House (Center of the Catholic Private Schools in Western Province)

On Wednesday the 6th there was a gathering of Rectors/Directors/Principals of the Catholic Private Schools in western province organised by General Manager of the Catholic Private Schools Rev. Fr. Rangith Madurawala. As we are already working with number of private schools and the Archbishop House, we were invited to demonstrate our work to the invited ordinance.

Jerome opens the session with help of her colleague Dinusha giving a live demonstration of how CELCAT Timetabler System was in use with De Mazenod College, Kandana. De Mazenod College, Kandana is one of the largest Private Schools in western province with over 3500 students. The demonstration was focus on how CELCAT has been used within De Mazenod College and how to utilise its data against the Reporting and Relief Teacher Modules. The Rectors/Directors/Principals were quite surprised with the smooth and the user-friendly nature of the Relief Teacher Module (live data was based on St. Joseph’s College – Wattala Branch) which enable Schools/Colleges/Convents to search all available relief teachers based on Class, Grade or Subject based and print appropriate substitutions for their absent teachers.

During questions and the answers session, Principal/Director of De Mazenod College Rev. Bro. Bertrum praised the staff of Academic Management Systems (PVT) Ltd for their commitment and the loyal support for the smooth implementation of the timetable system at his College.
